So where do you start? There are so many brands and products out there, how do you know what to choose?

Allot of the products and even brands for the custom AV, automation and security industry are not the kind of products you will find at your local retailer. They are a highly specialised range of products designed for the custom installation division.

We are constantly trialling new products to put them through their paces and make sure they can stand up to the long term demand and reliability we have come to expect. The last thing we want to do is provide a solution for you that lacks reliability, or if need be any support should something not perform properly.

We only support brands that support us, so we can in turn offer you the best support. There are allot of OEM products out now that claim to do the same thing as the more reputable brands at a cheaper price, but they can lack the reliability and local support that the more established brands offer.

For this reason, we only use tried and tested brands that have a solid presence in Australia and offer local warranty and support.
